At Boston Home Services, we carry your typical general contractors insurance policy with over a $1,000,000.00 in liability. To do all the services provided on our website, we delegate jobs to our trusted trade partners. All of them are licenced and insured, so rest easy.
At Boston Home Services, we have 2 Full time employees, Seth & Jennifer, as well as a Full time Handyman. We are always looking to onboard experienced laborers, and are currently in the hunt for a Full time Property manager to add to our team as we continue to add new contracts.
Clients can reach us anytime, whether it be our website portal, or via our emergency line where you will always get a live person. For property owners and tenants we are never too busy. Most of the time our clients will always have our personal cell phone numbers too. We like to send proactive updates, something that we found was lacking from most trades people when we first got into the business.
One of the most common questions, and one of the toughest ones to answer. Since every project is so different, we always like to complete a site walk and review the books before we make final proposals. We manage some properties that do a large amount of recurring revenue, which allows us to take a lower perctage from the overall revenue.
